AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The western two (2) feet of the fifteen (15) feet wide sewer
easement over Lot 66 of Lindgate Manor, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 95, Pages 98 and 99 of the
St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 1971.
