AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement thirty (30) feet wide granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded
in Book 6546, Page 404 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 29, 1971.
