AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 382
(Bellefontaine & Farmview) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 382 (Bellefontaine & Farmview).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 382
(Bellefontaine & Farmview) shall be as follows:

BELLEFONTAINE & FARMVIEW
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Bellefontaine
Road and Farmview Avenue; thence eastwardly along the centerline
of Farmview Avenue to its intersection with the southern
prolongation of the east line of property conveyed to Harry L.
Hackett by deed recorded in Book 4132, Page 405, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said prolongation, and
along the east line of said Hackett property to the northeast
corner thereof; thence northwardly along a straight line parallel
to Bellefontaine Road to an intersection with the north line of
Lot 4 of TWILLMAN HEIGHTS, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 33,
said Recorder's office; thence westwardly along the north line of
said Lot 4, and its western prolongation, to the centerline of
Bellefontaine Road; and thence southwardly along said road
centerline to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 29, 1971.
