AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund, to be used to
pay for the construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall
at the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District North Parking Lot (S-
673), 2000 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund, to be used to pay for the construction of a
reinforced concrete retaining wall at the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District North Parking Lot (S-673), 2000 Hampton Avenue, St.
Louis, Missouri. Any funds remaining after said construction is
completed will be used to pay for the erection of signs directing
traffic in and out of the Parking Lot.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1971.
