AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners
Plumbing Company for the construction of approximately 312 lineal
feet of reinforced concrete retaining wall and steps at The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Main Office (North Parking
Lot and Wall) S-673, located at 2000 Hampton Avenue, in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Plumbing Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of approximately 312
lineal feet of reinforced concrete retaining wall and steps at The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Main Office (North Parking
Lot and Wall) S-673, located at 2000 Hampton Avenue, in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of
November, 1971 and formally executed on the 24th day of November,
1971, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
