AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement in City Block 2663 of the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by deed recorded in Book 9102, Page 151 of the City
of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 22, 1971.
