AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($80,900.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund of the District to pay for labor, materials and
equipment rental to be used for the District's continued program
to determine the feasibility of using gabions for stormwater
control.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($80,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to pay
for labor, materials and equipment rental to be used for the
District's continued program to determine the feasibility of using
gabions for stormwater control.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 16, 1972.
