AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 2261, as adopted
January 24, 1972, by repealing Section Five thereof and enacting a
new Section Five relating to the same subject, the salary of the
General Counsel.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2261, as adopted January
24, 1972, is hereby amended by repealing Section Five thereof and
enacting a new Section Five thereof to read as follows:
Section Five. Effective for the pay period beginning August
1, 1971, the salary of the General Counsel shall be
$31,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly
installments.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 16, 1972.
