AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by Ordinance
56118 vacated the north-south alley in City Block 4635, and
WHEREAS, by said Ordinance the City of St. Louis
reserved an easement for sewer purposes over said north-south
alley and The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is successor
in title to said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement
strip, and this District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The western five (5) feet of that sewer easement reserved to
the District by the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by its
Ordinance No. 56118, lying in the former north-south alley,
in City Block 4635.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 30, 1972.
