AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 384 (Hue Vista)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 384 (Hue Vista).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 384
(Hue Vista) shall be as follows:

HUE VISTA
Beginning in the centerline of Ballas Rd., 60 ' wide, at its
intersection with the centerline of Rayner Rd., 50' wide, all as
shown on the plat of HUE VISTA, a subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in P.B. 52, Pg. 3, St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence northeasterly along the centerline of said Rayner Rd., to
its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the
northeast line of property conveyed to John J. Carberry,
Archbishop of St. Louis, by deed recorded in Bk. 6314, Pg. 454,
said Recorder's office; thence S. 90Ε 00'E., 170'∀ along said
prolongation and the northeast line of said Carberry property,
being along the western line of property conveyed to Arthur J.
Weis and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 5363, Pg. 194, said
Recorder's office, to the southernmost corner of said Weis
property; thence northeasterly along the southern line of said
Weis property, N.75Ε 26-1/3'E., 116.53', N.55Ε 56'E., 72.40' and
N.51Ε 39'E., 125.14' to an angle point therein; thence
northeasterly in a straight line 240'∀ to the southernmost corner
of Lot 20 of HUE VISTA ADD'N. NO. 1, a subdivision, as per plat
thereof recorded in P.B. 53, Pg. 26, said Recorder's office;
thence easterly along the southern lines of said HUE VISTA ADD'N.
NO. 1 and of HUE VISTA ADD'N. NO. 2, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in P.B. 55, Pg. 15, said Recorder's office, to
the angle point in the south line of Lot 15 of said HUE VISTA
ADD'N. NO. 2, distant S.89Ε 04'E., 141.58' along said south line
from the southwest corner of said Lot 15; thence northeasterly in

a straight line across said Lot 15 to a point distant S.01Ε 30'W.,
100.00' along the east line of said Lot 15 from its northeast
corner; thence northerly along the east line of said HUE VISTA
ADD'N. NO. 2 to the northeast corner thereof; thence westerly
along the north lines of said HUE VISTA ADD'N. NO. 2, HUE VISTA
ADD'N. NO. 1 and HUE VISTA, and the prolongation thereof, to the
centerline of Ballas Rd.; and thence southerly along said road
centerline to the beginning.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1972.
