AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in U.S. Survey
113, Township 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. That ten (10) feet wide sewer easement granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in
Book 6536, Page 1986 of the St. Louis County Records, that
lies in a tract of land conveyed to Frank Irlander by deed
recorded in Book 1040, Page 304 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom that portion of said easement
coincident with that sewer easement granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in
Book 6579, Page 479 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 3, 1972.
