AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Ferguson, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The easement two and one-half (2.5) feet wide, over the
western two and one-half (2.5) feet of Lot 12 of The Knolls,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 134, Pages 42
and 43 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom
the southern ten (10) feet thereof.
2. The easement two and one-half (2.5) feet wide, over the
eastern two and one-half (2.5) feet of Lot 13 of The Knolls,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 134, Pages 42
and 43 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom
the southern ten (10) feet thereof.
3. The easement five (5) feet wide, over the northern five
(5) feet of Lot 16 of The Knolls, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 134, Pages 42 and 43 of the St. Louis
County Records, excepting therefrom the western ten (10) feet
thereof.
4. The easement five (5) feet wide, over the southern five
(5) feet of Lot 17 of The Knolls, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 134, Pages 42 and 43 of the St. Louis
County Records, excepting therefrom the western ten (10) feet
thereof.
5. The easement two and one half (2.5) feet wide, over the
northern two and one-half (2.5) feet of Lot 18 of The Knolls,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 134, Pages 42
and 43 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom
the eastern twenty-one (21) feet and the western twenty (20)
feet thereof.
6. The easement two and one-half (2.5) feet over the
southern two and one-half (2.5) feet of Lot 19 of The Knolls,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by the
plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 134, Pages 42
and 43 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom
the eastern twenty-one (21) feet and the western twenty (20)
feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 17, 1972.
