AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Gravois Creek
Trunk Subdistrict Principal and Interest Fund, Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) from Subdistrict No. Seven of the River des Peres
Watershed (Wellston Area) Principal and Interest Fund, One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 366 (University City Branch of
River des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict), and Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to pay St.
Louis County for the extension of taxes for such subdistricts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict Principal and Interest
Fund, Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of Subdistrict No. Seven of the River des
Peres Watershed (Wellston Area) Principal and Interest Fund, One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of Subdistrict No. 366 (University City Branch of the River
des Peres Stormwater Subdistrict), and Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to pay St. Louis County for the
extension of taxes for such subdistricts.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 31, 1972.
