AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) from the Gravois Creek Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund to be used for the project known as
Tremont Terrace, Wedgewood Estates Storm Ditch (S-333), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Gravois Creek
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund to be
used for the project known as Tremont Terrace, Wedgewood Estates
Storm Ditch (S-333), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1972.
