AN ORDINANCE vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a sewer easement in the City of Ladue, St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, a sewer easement was reserved over Lot B of
Lorenzo Acres, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 87
of the St. Louis County Records, and
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
subject sewer easement, and this District has no use for this
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described sewer easement:
That sewer easement, ten (10) feet wide, over Lot B of
Lorenzo Acres, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
granted by the plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book
124, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1972.
