AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-one Thousand Dollars
($41,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction
Fund to be used for the project known as Jefferson Barracks
Landfill Sewer Relocation (S-695) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-one Thousand Dollars
($41,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Construction Fund to be used for the project known as
Jefferson Barracks Landfill Sewer Relocation (S-695) in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1972.
