AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund for the costs of a
front end loader to remove silt from the River des Peres.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund to be
used for the costs of a front end loader to remove silt from the
River des Peres.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1972.
