AN ORDINANCE, transferring to the General Fund Twenty-
two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($22,800.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund; and Five Thousand One Hundred Thirty Dollars
($5,130.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek
Trunk Subdistrict Operation and Maintenance Fund; and Five Hundred
Seventy Dollars ($570.00) from the Sugar Creek Subdistrict
Operating Fund; and appropriating Fifty-seven Thousand Dollars
($57,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the Personnel Department for payment of amortization of
unfunded liability to the Employee Pension Plan Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($22,800.00) is hereby transferred to the General
Fund from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Five Thousand One Hundred
Thirty Dollars ($5,130.00) is hereby transferred to the General
Fund from the unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Trunk
Subdistrict Operation and Maintenance Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Five Hundred Seventy Dollars
($570.00) is hereby transferred to the General Fund from the
unappropriated surplus of the Sugar Creek Subdistrict Operating
Fund.
Section Four. The sum of Fifty-seven Thousand Dollars
($57,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Personnel Department for
payment of amortization of unfunded liability to the Employee
Pension Plan Fund.
Section Five. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1972.
