AN ORDINANCE, transferring Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) to the Improvement Fund from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction of Improvement Fund of Clayton
Central Subdistrict, appropriating the same sum from the
Improvement Fund for the additional cost of constructing sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
surplus of the Operation Maintenance of Improvement Fund of
Clayton Central Subdistrict to the Improvement Fund for the
additional cost of improvements of Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton
Central).
Section Two. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to be
used for the additional cost of constructing sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central).
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1972.
