AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 385 (Natural
Bridge and Bridgeton Sanitary Interceptor) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 385 (Natural Bridge and Bridgeton
Sanitary Interceptor).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 385
(Natural Bridge and Bridgeton Sanitary Interceptor) shall be as
follows:

NATURAL BRIDGE AND BRIDGETON SANITARY INTERCEPTOR
Beginning in the centerline of Natural Bridge Rd., 100' wide, at
its intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the
northwestern line of BRIDGEPORT, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 35, Pg. 87, St.
Louis County Recorder's office; thence southwesterly along said
prolongation and along the northwestern line of said BRIDGEPORT to
the westernmost corner of said subdivision; thence southeasterly
and northeasterly along the southwestern and southeastern lines,
resp., of said BRIDGEPORT to the southernmost corner of Lot 18
thereof; thence southeasterly, parallel with the southwestern line
of said Natural Bridge Rd., to an intersection with the
northwestern line of Long Rd.; thence southeasterly in a straight
line across Long Rd. to the point in the southeastern line thereof
where same is intersected by a line parallel with and 135'
southwesterly from, measured at right angles to, the southwestern
line of Natural Bridge Rd., of irregular width, as it is presently
established southeasterly from Long Rd.; thence southeasterly
along said last described parallel line to its intersection with
the northwestern line of St. James Ln., 48' wide; thence
southeasterly across St. James Ln. to the westernmost corner of
Lot 31 of TOWN OF BRIDGETON, as per plat thereof recorded in Bk.
E, Pg. 298, U.S. Land Recorder's office, Jefferson City, Mo.;
thence southeasterly along the southwestern lines of Lots 31 and
28 of said TOWN OF BRIDGETON to the northeast - southwest
centerline of Lot 27 of TOWN OF BRIDGETON; thence southwesterly

10' along said Lot 27 centerline; thence southeasterly and
parallel with the northeastern line of said Lot 27, and its
prolongation, 104.21' to the centerline of St. Phillip Ln., 48'
wide; thence northeasterly along the centerline of St. Phillip Ln.
to the centerline of Natural Bridge Rd., as presently 82' wide;
thence southeasterly along said centerline of Natural Bridge Rd.,
to its intersection with a line parallel with and 51'
southeasterly from, measured at right angles to the northwest line
of Lot 19 of said TOWN OF BRIDGETON, being the southeastern line
of property conveyed to Robert J. Baniak, et al., by deed recorded
in Bk. 5630, Pg. 9, St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's office, and
the southwestern prolongation thereof; thence northeasterly along
said prolongation, and along the southeastern line of said Baniak
property to the easternmost corner thereof; thence northwesterly
along the northeastern line of said Baniak property to the line
common to Lots 19 and 20 of said TOWN OF BRIDGETON; thence
northeasterly along the southeastern line of said Lot 20 to its
easternmost corner; thence northeasterly, and parallel with the
northwestern line of property conveyed to Navco, Inc., by deed
recorded in Bk. 3452, Pg. 398, St. Louis County Recorder's office,
to the northeastern line of said Navco, Inc. property; thence
northwesterly along the northeastern line of said Navco, Inc.
property to its northernmost corner; thence southwesterly along
the northwestern line of said Navco, Inc., property to its
westernmost corner, being at the northernmost corner of said Lot
20 of the TOWN OF BRIDGETON; thence northwesterly along the

northeastern line of TOWN OF BRIDGETON to the northernmost corner
of Lot 29 thereof; thence southwesterly along the northwestern
line of said Lot 29 to the northeastern line of Parcel No. 1 of
property conveyed to Zerette Polsky and husband, by deed recorded
in Bk. 2812, Pg. 129, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
northwesterly and southwesterly along the northeastern and
northwestern lines, resp., of said Polsky property, and
southwesterly along the prolongation of said northwestern line, to
the centerline of Natural Bridge Rd.; and thence northwesterly
along said road centerline to the beginning.
