AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Ferguson, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The easement five (5) feet wide, over the western five
(5) feet of Lot 10 of Hunters Ridge, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 20 and 21 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the southern
ten (10) feet thereof.
2. The easement five (5) feet wide, over the eastern five
(5) feet of Lot 11 of Hunters Ridge, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 20 and 21 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the southern
ten (10) feet thereof.
3. The easement five (5) feet wide, over the western five
(5) feet of Lot 12 of Hunters Ridge, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 20 and 21 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the southern
ten (10) feet thereof.
4. The easement five (5) feet wide, over the eastern five
(5) feet of Lot 13 of Hunters Ridge, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, granted by the plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 20 and 21 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the southern
ten (10) feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1972.
