AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($68,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
Subdistrict No. 2 of the River des Peres Watershed (Vinita Park
Area) Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund to
be used for construction of a storm sewer identified as the Page
and Gulf Storm Improvement (S-703).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-eight Thousand Dollars
($68,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of Subdistrict No. 2 of the River des Peres Watershed
(Vinita Park Area) Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund to be used for construction of a storm sewer
identified as the Page and Gulf Storm Improvement (S-703).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1972.
