AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Easter-Nelson
Fence Company for the construction of an eight (8') foot high
cyclone fence at The Lemay Pump Station (S-718) in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Easter-Nelson Fence Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of an eight (8') foot
high cyclone fence at The Lemay Pump Station (S-718) in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of
August, 1972, and formally executed on the 18th day of August,
1972, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
