AN ORDINANCE appropriating Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction
Fund to be used for the additional cost of constructing the
Jefferson Barracks Landfill Sewer Relocation (S-695) in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Construction Fund to be used for the additional cost
of constructing the Jefferson Barracks Landfill Sewer Relocation
(S-695) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1972.
