AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The easement, ten (10) feet wide, running
northwestwardly and southeastwardly over Lot 5 of
Weatherfield Lane, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, granted by the plat of said subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 137, Page 82 of the St. Louis County Records, the
centerline of which ten (10) feet wide easement is described
as: Beginning thirty-seven (37) feet North of the southern
line of said Lot 5, as measured along a line ten (10) feet
East of, and parallel to the western line of said Lot 5;
thence southeastwardly to the southern line of said Lot 5
forty (40) feet East of the southwestern corner of said Lot
5, as measured along the southern line of said Lot 5,
excepting therefrom the easement, five (5) feet wide adjacent
on the North to the southern line of said Lot 5.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 30, 1972.
