HomeMy Public PortalAbout02349 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2349 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the District has no further need for such easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: The easement ten (10) feet wide, the centerline of which is described as: Beginning at a point on the most southeast line of Spanish Gardens Addition, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 146, Page 44 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being North 36 degrees, 59 minutes East 30 feet from the most southern corner of said Spanish Gardens Addition; thence North 52 degrees, 37 minutes West 603.00 feet; thence northwestwardly at an angle to the left 110 feet to the northwestern line of U.S. Survey 209, distant 8.0 feet from the southwest corner of said U.S. Survey 209, excepting therefrom the southeastern 40 feet thereof, and the northwestern 20 feet thereof, and that portion of the subject easement coincident with easements granted by the plat of said Spanish Gardens Addition. The subject easement being granted by the Easement Plat recorded in Plat Book 114, Page 3 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 30, 1972.
