AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Pressure
Concrete Constr. Co. for the Reconstruction of Combination Sewers
in Olive Street Sewer Reconstruction from Sixth to Eighth Streets
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Pressure Concrete Constr. Co. for the
Reconstruction of Combination Sewers in Olive Street Sewer
Reconstruction from Sixth to Eighth Streets in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of November,
1972, and formally executed on the 27th day of November, 1972, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the
confirmation of a contract for sewer construction and the sewers
to be constructed being necessary for the protection of the public
health, constitutes an emergency within the meaning of the Plan,
and this Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately upon
its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 30, 1972.
