AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($8,500.00) from the General Fund of the District to be
used for the Box Culvert Alteration, Frontenac Forest-Golden Oak
Drive (R-258), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($8,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District to be used for the Box Culvert Alteration,
Frontenac Forest-Golden Oak Drive (R-258), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 30, 1972.
