HomeMy Public PortalAbout02354 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2354 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements and the unused sewers therein Airport Industrial Park Plat 1-H in the Village of Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri, and Airport Industrial Park Plat 1-C, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the District has no further need for such easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sewer easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit: 1. That ten (10) feet wide sewer easement adjacent to and northwest of the northwest line of former Arbee Industrial Drive, granted by the plat of Airport Industrial Park Plat 1- H, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 100 of the St. Louis County Records. 2. The northeastern one-hundred-twenty (120) feet of that ten (10) feet wide sewer easement adjacent to and northwest of the northwest line of former Arbee Industrial Drive, granted by the plat of Airport Industrial Park Plat 1-C, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 128, Pages 82 and 83 of the St. Louis County Records. 3. That fifteen (15) feet wide sewer easement adjacent to and southeast of the southeast line of Arbee Industrial Drive, granted by the plat of Airport Industrial Park Plat 1- H, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 100 of the St. Louis County Records. 4. That fifteen (15) feet wide sewer easement adjacent to and southeast of the southeast line of Arbee Industrial Drive, granted by the plat of Airport Industrial Park Plat 1- C, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 128, Pages 82 and 83 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the southwestern twenty (20) feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 30, 1972.
