AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in U.S.
Survey 115, Township 46 and 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and the
District has no further need for such easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The easements, of varying width, granted to The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by the easement plat
recorded in Plat Book 136, Page 155 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom any easements coincident with
the easements granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by the plat of Lilac Industrial Park, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 147, Page 45 of the St. Louis County
Records, and excepting therefrom the easement ten (10) feet
wide granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by
deed recorded in Book 6295, Page 712 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 27, 1972.
