AN ORDINANCE appropriating One Hundred Twenty-six
Thousand Dollars ($126,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Bangert &
Epple Storm (S-448), in Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-six
Thousand Dollars ($126,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Bangert & Epple Storm (S-448), in Ferguson,
Missouri.
Section Two. WHEREAS, the City of Ferguson, Missouri,
and St. Louis County, Missouri, have agreed to each contribute
one-third of the costs of said project respectively; upon the
receipt of such funds from said sources, said moneys will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 27, 1972.
