AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars
($58,000.00) from the Clayton Central Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central - Section
II) in the City of Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars
($58,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clayton Central
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund to be
used for all costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central - Section II) in the City of
Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 10, 1973.
