AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 2329, as adopted
August 29, 1972, by repealing Section Seven thereof and enacting a
new Section Seven relating to the same subject, the salary of the
Personnel Director.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2329, as adopted August
29, 1972, is hereby amended by repealing Section Seven thereof and
enacting a new Section Seven thereof to read as follows:
"Section Seven. Effective for the pay period beginning
February 1, 1973, the salary of the Personnel Director shall be
$21,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments."
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 10, 1973.
