AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 2309, as adopted
June 22, 1972 and establishing the position of Deputy Director of
Finance in the administrative unclassified service and prescribing
the salary thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2309, as adopted June 22,
1972, hereby repealed.
Section Two. A position in the administrative
unclassified service of the District, entitled Deputy Director of
Finance, is hereby established.
Section Three. The salary of the Deputy Director of
Finance shall be at the rate of $20,000.00 per annum, payable in
equal semimonthly installments.
Section Four. In addition to his assigned duties, the
Deputy Director of Finance shall act for the Director of Finance
in event of the absence or disability of the Director of Finance.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 10, 1973.
