AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements and the unused
sewer therein in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, sewer easements were granted by the plat of
Shaw's Garden Subdivision over Lots 13, 15, 16 and 18 in Block E
of said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by Ordinance
No. 55677 vacated a portion of an alley in City Block 5903, and
WHEREAS, by said Ordinance the City of St. Louis
reserved an easement for sewer purposes over said alley and The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is successor in title to
said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strips, and this
District has no further use for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated to wit:
1. Those sewer easements over Lots 13, 15, 16 and 18
in Block E of Shaws Garden Subdivision, a subdivision of the City
of St. Louis, Missouri, granted by the plat of said subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 18 and 19 of the City of St. Louis
Records.
2. That sewer easement reserved by the City of St.
Louis, Missouri by its Ordinance No. 55677 lying in the former
alley in City Block 5903.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 26, 1973.
