AN ORDINANCE appropriating Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Maline Creek Principal and Interest Fund to
be used to pay additional debt service for the Fiscal Year 1972 -
1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Maline Creek Principal
and Interest Fund to be used to pay additional debt service for
the Fiscal Year 1972 - 1973.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 26, 1973.
