AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to be used for the District's share of the Phase II Study to
be made by the East-West Gateway Coordinating Council on abating
the pollution of water within that part of St. Louis County
including and adjacent to the corporate limits of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to be used for the District's share of
the Phase II study to be made by the East-West Gateway
Coordinating Council on abating the pollution of water within that
part of St. Louis County including and adjacent to the corporate
limits of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 15, 1973.
