HomeMy Public PortalAbout02391 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2391 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 390 (Parker Road Sanitary Extension) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 390 (Parker Road Sanitary Extension). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 390 (Parker Road Sanitary Extension) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 PARKER ROAD SANITARY EXTENSION A tract of land in St. Louis County, Mo., being partly in U.S. Survey 2495 and partly in U.S. Survey 2771, and described as: Beginning in the north line of Parker Rd., 50' wide, at the southwest corner of property conveyed to Gerald L. Driemeier and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6547, Pg. 1133, St. Louis County, Mo., Recorder's office; thence along the west line of said Driemeier property, N. 13Ε 30' W., 207.89' to its northwest corner; thence along the north line of said Driemeier property, and being parallel with the north line of said U.S. Survey 2495, N. 71Ε E., 240.00' to the northeast corner of property conveyed to Joseph Bommarito and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6452, Pg. 1977, said Recorder's office; thence along the east line of said Bommarito property, S. 13Ε 30' E., 70.00'; thence parallel with the north line of U.S. Survey 2495, N. 71Ε E., 283'∀ to a point in the west line of property conveyed to Maurice Martin Jordan and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 4311, Pg. 473, said Recorder's office; thence easterly, parallel with the northern line of Parker Rd., 55' wide, 84' to a point in the east line of said Jordan property, being in the west line of property conveyed to Donald E. Davidson and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6394, Pg. 404, said Recorder's office; thence northerly along the west line of said Davidson property 143'∀ to a point distant 100.00' southerly therealong from its northwest corner; thence easterly parallel with the north line of said Davidson property, 105'∀ to an intersection with a line parallel with and 100.00' westerly from, 3 measured perpendicularly to, the east line of said Davidson property; thence southerly along said last described parallel line 369'∀ to the north line of said Parker Rd. 55' wide; and thence westerly along said Parker Rd., 55' and 50' wide to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1973.
