AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty-two Thousand Dollars
($52,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in the project known as Fox Croft
- Mary Rose Storm Sewer (S-488), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-two Thousand Dollars
($52,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to be used for the construction of storm sewers in the
project known as Fox Croft - Mary Rose Storm Sewer (S-488), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to contribute Seventeen
Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-three Dollars ($17,853.00) toward the
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said moneys will be returned to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1973.
