AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eighty-four Thousand Dollars
($84,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in the project known as Red Oak and Hemingway
Drive Storm Sewer (S-728), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-four Thousand Dollars
($84,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Red Oak and Hemingway Drive Storm Sewer (S-728), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. WHEREAS, the City of Crestwood, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, and the property owners, have agreed to
each contribute one-half of the costs of the materials of said
project respectively; upon the receipt of such funds from said
sources, said moneys will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1973.
