COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 6, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of November 6, 2017, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Miscellaneous Agenda Items – Mayor Tergin stated that the Helias Volleyball Team
would not be able to attend the meeting until November 20, so that item will be
postponed until then.
Public Works Director Matt Morasch will be giving an update on the Capitol Avenue
project under Item 8 on the agenda.
Mayor Tergin stated that Mr. Gaspare Calvaruso and Ms. Lorelei Schwartz from Capital
Region Medical Center would be present to speak on Resolution RS2017-14
(Recognizing Southside / Old Munichburg Comprehensive Plan) and requested that the
Council consider moving that item up on the agenda to item 4(b) at adoption of the
agenda.
Resolution RS2017-16 (Inducement Resolution for Command Web) – Councilwoman
Wiseman stated she would abstain on this issue due to a conflict of interest.
