AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eight Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-four and 04/100 Dollars ($8,234.04) from the Mississippi
River General Fund to be used to pay Reitz and Jens Consulting
Engineers for the engineering of repairs to slides on River des
Peres.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-four and 04/100 Dollars ($8,234.04) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River General Fund to be used to pay Reitz
and Jens Consulting Engineers for the engineering of repairs to
slides on River des Peres.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1973.
