AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
2230, adopted October 13, 1971, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 350 (Lake Village) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2230, adopted October 13,
1971, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 350 (Lake Village), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, an area described as follows:
Beginning in the centerline of Bellefontaine Rd. at its
intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the
southern line of property conveyed to Dr. Randall E. Culver
and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 1560, Pg. 424, St. Louis
County, Mo. Recorder's office; thence northeasterly along the
centerline of Bellefontaine Rd. to its intersection with the
eastern prolongation of the northern line of property
conveyed to Charlotte Girard, by deed recorded in Bk. 6306,
Pg. 1740, said Recorder's office; thence westerly along said
eastern prolongation and along the northern line of said
Girard property to the northwestern corner thereof; thence
southwesterly along the western line of said Girard property,
and along the western line of property conveyed to Spanish
Gardens, Inc., by deed recorded in Bk. 6000, Pg. 518, said
Recorder's office to the southwestern corner thereof; thence
southwesterly in a straight line, across property conveyed to
Sherwood Inns, Inc., by deed recorded in Bk. 6208, Pg. 100,
said Recorder's office, to the northwestern corner of
property conveyed to Sherwood Inns, Inc., by deed recorded in
Bk. 6208, Pg. 101, said Recorder's office; thence
southwesterly along the western line of said last-described
Sherwood Inns, Inc., property, and along the western line of
said property conveyed to Dr. Randall E. Culver and wife, to
the southwestern corner of said Culver property; and thence
southeasterly along the southern line of said Culver
property, and its southeastern prolongation, to the point of
beginning.
for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property
would not be benefitted by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 2230
as hereby amended shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 350
(Lake Village) shall be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Bellefontaine
and Trampe Rds.; thence east along the centerline of Trampe Rd. to
its intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line
of Lot 1 of TWILLMAN HEIGHTS, a subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in P.B. 19, Pg. 33, St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence southwardly along said prolongation and said east line of
Lot 1 to the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence easterly in a
straight line across Lot 11 of said subdivision to the southwest
corner of DALE RIDGE, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded
in P.B. 39, Pg. 81, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly
along the south line of said DALE RIDGE to the southwest corner of
Lot 2 thereof; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot
2 to its northwest corner; thence northwesterly across Trampe Ln.
to the southeast corner of property conveyed to Harold Swift and
wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 4903, Pg. 387, said Recorder's
office; thence northwardly along the east line of said Swift
property to its northeast corner; thence westwardly along the
north line of said Swift property to the northwest corner thereof,
being in the east line of property conveyed to Robert W. Morrissey
and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 6200, Pg. 584, said Recorder's
office; thence north along said east line 5' to the northeast
corner of said Morrissey property, in the south line of property
conveyed to Thomas W. Moss and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 5371,
Pg. 76, said Recorder's office; thence westerly along the south

line of said Moss property, across Raymond Ave., and along the
south line of Lot "B" of LEANORA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in P.B. 39, Pg. 57, said Recorder's office, to the
southwest corner of said Lot "B"; thence north along the west
line of said Lot "B", 826'∀ to its intersection with the
southeastern line of LAKE VILLAGE, PLAT NO. 4, a subdivision as
per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 63, Pg. 6, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence northeasterly along said southeastern
line to the easternmost corner of said LAKE VILLAGE, PLAT NO. 4;
thence northwesterly along the northeastern line of said last
named subdivision, and its prolongation, to the centerline of
Krenning Ln.; thence southerly along the centerline of Krenning
Ln. to the intersection with the eastern prolongation of the north
line of Lot 80 of said subdivision; thence westerly along said
eastern prolongation and said lot line to the northwest corner of
said Lot 80; thence northeasterly along the western line of Lot 79
of said subdivision to the southeast corner of property conveyed
to Spanish Lake Fire Protection District, Incorporated, by deed
recorded in Bk. 3189, Pg. 496, said Recorder's office; thence
northwesterly along the southern line and its northwestern
prolongation, of said last described property, to the intersection
with the centerline of Bellefontaine Road; thence northeasterly
along said centerline to the intersection with the southeastern
prolongation of the southern line of property conveyed to Henry H.
Barlbort, et al., by deed recorded in Bk. 6403, Pg. 2306, said
Recorder's office; thence northwesterly along said southeastern

prolongation and said lot line to the intersection with a line
parallel to and 200' north of the northern line of Parker Road;
thence westerly along said parallel line to the western line of
property conveyed to Louis Brommelhorst and wife, by deed recorded
in Bk. 1629, Pg. 220, said Recorder's office; thence southerly
along the western line of said Brommelhorst property, and its
southern prolongation to the intersection of the centerline of
Parker Road; thence westerly along said centerline to the
intersection of the northeastern prolongation of the eastern line
of property conveyed to Eugene J. Fishbeck and wife, by deed
recorded in Bk. 3466, Pg. 55; thence southwesterly along said
northeastern prolongation and said eastern line of said Fishbeck
property to the southernmost corner thereof; thence northwesterly
along the southwestern line of said Fishbeck property to the
northwesternmost corner of property conveyed to Di Carlo
Enterprises, Inc., by deed recorded in Bk. 5350, Pg. 268 said
Recorder's office; thence southwesterly along the northwestern
line of said last described property to the westernmost corner
thereof; thence southeasterly along the southern line of said Di
Carlo property to the southwestern corner of property conveyed to
Milor Realty Corporation, by deed recorded in Bk. 5515, Pg. 387,
said Recorder's office; thence easterly along the southern line of
said Milor Realty Corporation property, and its eastern
prolongation to the centerline of Bellefontaine Road; thence
southwesterly along said centerline to the beginning.
