AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement and the unused
sewer therein in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by Ordinance
No. 56424 vacated the east-west alley in City Block 569, and
WHEREAS, by said Ordinance the City of St. Louis
reserved an easement for sewer purposes over said alley and The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is successor in title to
said easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement strip, and this
District has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated to wit:
1. That sewer easement reserved by the City of St.
Louis, Missouri by its Ordinance No. 56424 lying in the former
alley in City Block 569.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 16, 1973.
