AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Two Thousand
Dollars ($2,000.00) out of the unexpended and unencumbered balance
of the Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase of certain
real property in St. Louis, Missouri to be used to facilitate the
operations of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unexpended and
unencumbered balance of the Real Property Purchase Fund for the
purchase of certain real property in St. Louis, Missouri to be
used to facilitate the operations of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
Section Two. This, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 16, 1973.
