A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY DECLARING CERTAIN' PREMISES TO
BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE, AND ORDERING ABATEMENT
THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City
has, by Resolution No. 74- 581PC, determined that a public nuisance,
as defined in the Municipal Code, exists on certain premises and
recommends abatement thereof; and
WHEREAS, no appeal has been taken from said determination,
and the time for taking such appeal has expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby declares that a public nuisance, as defined in the Municipal
Code of the City of Temple City and as determined by the findings
attached to Planning Commission Resolution No. 74- 581PC, exists
on the premises designated as 10800 Daines Drive, City of Temple
City, California, more particularly described as:
Southeast corner Daines Drive and McCulloch Ave.,
Portion of Lot 3, Parcel 4, W. H. Freer Tract MB 3 -23; and
That the City Council hereby orders said public nuisance be
abated within thirty (30) days pursuant to the recommendations
attached to the Planning Commission Resolution No. 74 -581PC in
the following particulars:
1. Broken or missing windows constituting hazardous con-
ditions and inviting trespassers and malicious mischief;
and that said nuisance should be abated in the following manner:
1. Repair or replacement of all broken or missing windows
on the premises.
That if said abatement is not accomplished by the expiration of
thirty (30) days, the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to cause said public nuisance to be abated by City forces or pri-
vate contract pursuant to the Municipal Code; and
That the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to cause a
copy of fhiG Resolution to be served on the owners of said premises.

The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
