AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinances No. 40, 42 and 87
without altering or extinguishing the legal relationships
established by such ordinances.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 138, adopted June 24, 1957,
inadvertently omitted repealing Ordinances No. 40, 42 and 87,
adopted respectively on November 28, 1955, December 27, 1955 and
July 16, 1956, and relating to sewer service charges; and
WHEREAS, such inadvertence should be corrected,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinances No. 40, 42 and 87, adopted
respectively on November 28, 1955, December 27, 1955 and July 16,
1956 are hereby repealed, without, however, altering or
extinguishing the legal relationships established by such
ordinances or the procedure for enforcement thereof provided in
such ordinances.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1973.
