HomeMy Public PortalAbout02414 O R D I N A N C E NO. 2414 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 393 (Larkin and Leonard) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 393 (Larkin and Leonard). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 393 (Larkin and Leonard) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 LARKIN & LEONARD Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Lindbergh Bl. and East Concord Rd.; thence west along the centerline of East Concord Rd. to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of property conveyed to Peter H. Heinold and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 3912, Pg. 69, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence south along said prolongation, along the east line of said Heinold property, and along the east line of LARKIN ACRES, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 71, Pg. 13, said Recorder's office, to the southeast corner of Lot 19 of said LARKIN ACRES; thence west along the south line of said Lot 19 to its southwest corner; thence west in a straight line across Larkin Ln. to the southeast corner of Lot 6 of LARKIN ACRES; thence west along the south line of said Lot 6 to its southwest corner; thence north along the west line of said LARKIN ACRES, which is also the east line of CONCORD WOODLAND, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 51, Pg. 42, said Recorder's office, to the southeast corner of Lot 13 of said CONCORD WOODLAND; thence west along the south line of said Lot 13 to its southwest corner; thence west in a straight line across Leonard Dr. to the southeast corner of Lot 2 of said CONCORD WOODLAND; thence west along the south line of said Lot 2 to its southwest corner; thence north along the west line of said CONCORD WOODLAND to its northwest corner; thence north in a straight line across East Concord Rd. to the southwest corner of Lot 50 of CONCORD OAKS ADDITION, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 112, Pg. 71, said 3 Recorder's office; thence north and east, along the west and north lines, resp., of said Lot 50 to its northeast corner; thence east in a straight line across property n/f Woodie Clayton, et al., to the northwest corner of property conveyed to Henry A. Block and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 3479, Pg. 573, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence east along the north lines of said Henry A. Block property, and of property conveyed to Anthony A. Block and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 3479, Pg. 572, said Recorder's office, 200' to the northeast corner of said Anthony A. Block property; thence east, parallel with the north line of East Concord Rd. to an intersection with a line parallel with and 200' west of, measured perpendicular to, the west line of Von Talge Rd.; thence north along said last described parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 200' westerly from, measured radially to, the western line of Lindbergh Bl., 100' wide; thence northerly along said last described parallel line, being on a curve to the right, to a point of tangency with a line parallel with and 200' west of, measured perpendicular to, the west line of Lindbergh Bl., 100' wide; thence north along said last described parallel line to the north line of property conveyed to Henry Block, Jr. and wife, by deed recorded in Bk. 450, Pg. 46, said Recorder's office; thence east along the north line of said Henry Block, Jr. property, and the eastern prolongation thereof, to the centerline of said Lindbergh Bl.; and thence south, and southeasterly, along the centerline of Lindbergh Bl. to the beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 19, 1973.
