AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 361 (Ponca Trail
Sanitary Interceptor) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 361 (Ponca Trail Sanitary Interceptor).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 361
(Ponca Trail Sanitary Interceptor) shall be as follows:

PONCA TRAIL SANITARY INTERCEPTOR
A tract of land in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Mo.,
comprising parts of Sections "A" and "E" of OSAGE HILLS, a
subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 23, Pp. 48 and
49, St. Louis County Recorder's office, and a part of the former
St. Louis & San Francisco R.R. Co. right-of-way adjoining said
Section "E", and altogether described as: Beginning in the
centerline of Big Bend Rd. at its intersection with the southern
prolongation of the west line of Lot 1 in Section "A" of said
OSAGE HILLS; thence north along said prolongation, and along the
west line of said Lot 1 to the northwest corner thereof; thence
easterly along the northern lines of Lots 1-9, incl., of said
Section "E", the prolongation thereof across Barberry Ln., and the
northern lines of Lots 44-52, incl., of said Section "E", and the
prolongation thereof to the centerline of East Glenwood Ln.;
thence southerly along the centerline of East Glenwood Ln. to the
northwest line of the St. Louis & San Francisco R.R. Co. right-of-
way; thence southwesterly along said railroad right-of-way line to
the northeastern corner of property conveyed to Thomas H. Biggs by
deed recorded in Bk. 6628, Page 301, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence southeasterly 105'∀ along the northeastern line of
said Biggs' property to its southeastern corner; thence
southwesterly along the southeastern line of said Biggs' property
to its intersection with the southerly prolongation of the eastern
line of Lot 56 of Section "E" of said OSAGE HILLS; thence
northerly along said southerly prolongation to the southeastern

corner of said Lot 56; thence westerly along the southern lines of
Lots 56-65, incl., of said Section "E", and the prolongation
thereof, to the centerline of Catawba Trail; thence northeasterly
along the centerline of Catawba Trail to the centerline of Big
Bend Rd.; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Big Bend
Rd. to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 19, 1973.
