AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and has
furnished the District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit;
All of the sewer easements within Sierra Vista Plat Two
Amended, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, granted
by the plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 144,
Pages 82 and 83 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 19, 1973.
